Job Description
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. This role supports a team of colleagues to provide excellent service, work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas, deliver safe and efficient service, and run daily operations including receiving deliveries.

- Understand store performance and contribute to service and sales, reduce waste and shrink and deliver profit
- Handle products with care to maintain quality
- Act as a brand ambassador, living our values, making everyone feel welcome and following policies
- Accept deliveries into the store when required
