Pay Rate:
Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
Hours Commitment:
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. If you prefer fewer hours (a minimum of 12), we also have opportunities for that.

As a Shift Leader, you will be working in a fast‑paced retail environment where each day is different. You will take ownership of activities by coordinating a team to deliver. Continuous improvement of service in the store through coaching and feedback. Understand team performance and deliver practical actions for improvement. Maintain a safe store environment. Role model exceptional customer service and meet every customer’s needs. Build strong, lasting relationships with colleagues to create team spirit and encourage their best performance. Communicate clearly and keep the team well informed. Take leadership when required. Adapt decisions efficiently and handle change to serve customers and colleagues well.
