The predicted salary is between 15 - 16 £ per hour.

Availability Window: Sun 10:00–17:00, Mon 05:00–12:00, Tue 05:00–12:00, Fri 17:00–24:00, Sat 16:00–24:00.

Compensation & Hours: Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Minimum of 16 hours per week guaranteed (positions from 12 hours available).

Eligibility: Must be 18 or over.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to deliver a great customer experience in‑store.
  • Work across all areas and with all colleagues, serving as the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
  • Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
  • Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
  • Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
  • Coach colleagues, give feedback, and role‑model great service.
  • Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities and planet better every day.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
  • Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
  • Clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
  • Natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
