Pay Rate: Base pay starts at £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Working Hours: Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 per week. Option to work fewer hours (minimum 12).

Responsibilities:
- Know customers and serve them with passion and pride.
- Be knowledgeable about products and services.
- Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas.
- Apply training to work safely and effectively.
- Make customer‑focused decisions and deliver routines that meet needs.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events.
- Understand store performance, drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality.

- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
