The predicted salary is between 27600 - 30200 £ per year.

Availability Window: Days from 15:00 to 23:00 on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide three weeks' notice of when your shifts will be.

Pay and Hours: Colleague rate starts from £13.28 an hour and increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week, with a minimum of 12 hours available if needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Serving customers with passion and pride and giving great natural service.
  • Working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
  • Implementing training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
  • Making decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet their needs at the right time.
  • Participating in seasonal, community and charity events to create a great inclusive atmosphere.
  • Staying aware of store performance, understanding your role in driving service and sales, reducing waste and shrink and delivering profit.
  • Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
  • Living our values, making everyone feel welcome and always following our policies.
  • Occasionally accepting deliveries into the store.
