Availability
Sun 10:00–15:00 — Mon 14:30–20:00 — Thu 15:00–20:30. The schedule will be set within these windows, with three weeks notice.
Pay and Hours
Starting rate £13.28 an hour; £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply. Guaranteed 16 hours per week, with flexibility down to a minimum of 12 hours.
Responsibilities
- Serve shoppers and deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in product selection, stocking and provision of on‑site services.
- Participate in picking, replenishment and general store operations.
- Apply training consistently to maintain safety, effectiveness and product quality.
- Make customer‑centric decisions and handle products with care.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events.
- Deliver delivery acceptance into the store when required.
Qualifications
- Passionate about delivering great service and building rapport with customers.
- Strong team player who communicates openly.
- Proactive and able to make decisions that benefit customers.
- Dressed appropriately, punctual and demonstrates a positive brand image.
Minimum Age Requirement
