Tesco Phone Shop Colleague pay starts at €13.70 per hour, rising to €14.97 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours per week. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

  • Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
  • Providing flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, including helping customers choose the right mobile products and services, completing phone and contract setups, and supporting customers with a range of tech queries.
  • Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
  • Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
  • A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right mobile products and solutions.
  • The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and having had a great experience in the Phone Shop.
  • The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you’re solving a tech query, recommending a product, or supporting with a contract setup.
  • A positive, team‑focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.
