The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 £ per hour.

Availability Window: Days & times you may be scheduled: Sun 14:00‑22:00, Wed 10:00‑18:00, Thu 06:00‑14:00. We will schedule your contracted hours within these windows and provide a 3‑week notice.

Pay: Tesco Colleague rate starts from £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

Responsibilities

  • Serve customers and help them with their everyday shopping needs.
  • Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
  • Apply training to work safely, effectively, and maintain superb customer service.
  • Make customer‑centric decisions and deliver routines that meet their needs.
  • Support seasonal, community and charity events that enhance the store atmosphere.
  • Track store performance, reduce waste and shrinkage, and help drive sales and profit.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality.
  • Accept deliveries into the store when required.

We will only recruit individuals who have passed the school leaver’s age. The role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or in areas such as warehouses, bakery, driving roles, etc.; only candidates 18+ will be considered for these positions.
