Availability Window: Days & times you may be scheduled: Sun 14:00‑22:00, Wed 10:00‑18:00, Thu 06:00‑14:00. We will schedule your contracted hours within these windows and provide a 3‑week notice.
Pay: Tesco Colleague rate starts from £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers and help them with their everyday shopping needs.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively, and maintain superb customer service.
- Make customer‑centric decisions and deliver routines that meet their needs.
- Support seasonal, community and charity events that enhance the store atmosphere.
- Track store performance, reduce waste and shrinkage, and help drive sales and profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
