Availability Window
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours a week, with the option to work fewer (minimum 12).
The preferred working hours are: Sun 10:00‑16:30, Mon 09:00‑18:00, Tue 10:00‑18:00, Wed 08:00‑17:00, Sat 10:00‑17:00. You will receive three weeks’ notice of your shifts, and we support flexibility when your availability matches closely.
Rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to shoppers and help them find what they need.
- Meet great people, learn new things, and work with a diverse team.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
- Apply the training you receive to work safely, effectively and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Make decisions that serve customer needs and meet operational goals.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to promote an inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand your store’s performance, manage waste/shrink and help drive service, sales and profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain their quality.

- Assist with receiving deliveries into the store when required.

Eligibility
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- For roles that require working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm, or in warehouse, beer, wine, spirit, counter, bakery, or driving areas, a minimum age of 18 is required.
