Role Overview

This is a Part Time Role. You will be expected to ensure customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in a number of areas of the store, from filling shelves and serving tills to stock management and picking deliveries. Everything you do matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal and advise the Manager of any differences.
  • Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust in preparation for delivery.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
  • Deal politely with delivery staff, respond appropriately to queries and complaints, and refer complex situations when necessary.
  • Work to meet designated pick rates.
