Pay & Hours

Our Phone Shop colleague rate of pay starts from £13.70 an hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with a minimum of 12 hours if you wish to work fewer hours.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering a great shopping trip for customers every day, following opening and closing routines, ensuring facilities are in good working order and listening to customer feedback.
  • Role-modeling great standards of dress, being ready to serve customers, and demonstrating enthusiasm to do what’s right for customers.
  • Protecting the legal brand through compliance, safe and legal routines, and due diligence.
  • Supporting the manager to control costs, deliver budgets, maintain stock record accuracy, and prepare for stock control routines.
  • Being a colleague in one of our stores means that you will help to serve our shoppers better every day.
