The predicted salary is between 13 - 15 € per hour.

Availability Window: Days from time to time – Mon 22:00:00‑06:00:00, Tue 22:00:00‑06:00:00, Wed 22:00:00‑06:00:00.

Pay and Hours: £13.28 per hour (starting rate). Stores within the M25 pay £14.55 per hour. A night premium of £2.35 per hour applies for hours worked between midnight and 6 am. Additional payments may apply depending on location. The role offers a minimum guarantee of 16 hours per week. If you prefer fewer hours (minimum 12), we will consider your application. Shifts will be scheduled within the advertised availability windows. You will receive three‑week notice of your exact shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
  • For roles requiring work before 6:15 am, after 9:45 pm, or in specific areas such as the warehouse, beer, wine, spirit, counters, bakery, and driving, the applicant must be over 18.
  • School leaver age requirements apply where relevant.
  • Experience or passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Strong communication and team‑working skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and make customers feel welcome.
  • Initiative and judgment to make customer‑centric decisions.
  • Knowledge of store processes and a willingness to uphold safety and service standards.
