Availability Window: Sun 17:00-23:00, Mon 17:00-23:00, Fri 17:00-23:00, Sat 17:00-23:00
Pay: Customer Delivery Driver rate starts from £14.18 an hour; increases to £15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.
Hours: Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. Option to work fewer hours, down to a minimum of 12. 3 weeks' notice of shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure van and trays are clean, tidy and organised.
- Maintain clean, tidy and rubbish-free rest area, picking up litter.
- Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
- Load the van as required, checking for roadworthiness.
- Communicate with customers about order changes, substitutions, refunds.
- Take care of products/deliveries as if they were your own.
- Explain that customers will not be charged for substitutions.
- Deliver during the customer’s time slot.
- Call the customer before arriving if early.
- Call the store if running 30+ minutes late.

- Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit and improve store for customers.
- Warm and welcoming interactions with customers and colleagues, taking time to understand customer and say 'Thank you.'
- Act quickly to respond to changing customer needs and embrace change within the store.
- Energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations, integrating home and work to achieve balance.
- Share ideas with manager and colleagues on how to improve store for customers.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Age: must be over 18 years old.
- Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
- Willingness to commit to required hours and availability windows.
