Availability Window

  • Days: Sun 10:00 - 16:00
  • Sat 09:00 - 18:00

Pay & Hours

  • Pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25.
  • Additional payments may be offered at some locations.
  • Guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per week.
  • Contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability window with at least 3 weeks’ notice.

Responsibilities

  • Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know customers.
  • Flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, helping customers choose the right mobile products and services, completing phone and contract setups, and supporting a range of tech queries.
  • Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines.
  • Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
  • Delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and helping them find the right mobile products and solutions.
  • Building rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported and having had a great experience in the Phone Shop.
  • Making the right decisions for customers, whether solving a tech query, recommending a product, or supporting a contract setup.
  • Positive, team‑focused approach: communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.
