Responsibilities:
- Serve customers and provide excellent service throughout the store.
- Assist customers with product knowledge and steer them to items in the store.
- Work across the service and replenishment areas to maintain product availability.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively and to deliver stellar customer service.
- Make decisions that meet customers' needs at the right time.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create a wonderful shopping atmosphere.
- Understand store performance and collaborate with colleagues to drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Live the company values, feel welcome, and follow all policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
- Be available for scheduled shifts within the stated availability window.
