Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
- Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
- Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
- Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
- Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
- Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
