The store operates on the following days and times
Pay & Hours
Starting pay: £13.28 per hour. In stores within the M25, pay is £14.55 per hour. Additional payments may apply based on location.
Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 hours per week. You may choose to work as few as 12 hours per week if desired.
Shifts will be scheduled within the availability windows with three weeks' notice.

Responsibilities
- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride; give great natural service.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services in the store.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Apply the training received so that work is safe, effective and customers are served brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Be knowledgeable about your store’s performance, understand your role and collaborate to drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Live the values, make everyone feel welcome and follow policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store at times when required.

- Age Requirement
Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
The role requires working before 6:15 am, after 9:45 pm, or in areas such as the warehouse, beers, wines and spirits, counters, bakery, and driving roles – all of which require candidates to be over 18.
