Pay:
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
Hours and flexibility:
It is our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too. We schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows and provide three weeks' notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We support flexibility for colleagues and will consider near‑matches to advertised times.
