Availability & Working Hours

Availability windows: Sun 22:00 – 04:00, Fri 22:00 – 07:00, Sat 22:00 – 07:00. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within these times with a 3‑week notice of exact shift dates. Flexibility is supported if your available times largely match the advertised windows.

Pay & Hours

Starting rate £13.28 an hour, rising to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location. You are guaranteed a minimum of 16 hours per week, with the option to work as few as 12 hours.

Responsibilities

  • Serve shoppers each day, providing excellent service with a friendly smile and pride.
  • Deliver goods from picking and replenishment areas and handle deliveries as required.
  • Maintain product quality, ensuring items reach customers in the best condition.
  • Apply training to work safely, effectively, and to deliver great customer experience.
  • Make customer‑centric decisions, ensuring routines meet customer needs at the right time.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Understand store performance, collaborate with the team to drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink, and increase profit.
