Availability Window Days: Wed 14:00 – 22:00, Thu 14:00 – 22:00, Fri 14:00 – 22:00. Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 per week; 12 hours minimum if preferred.
Pay Tesco Colleague rate starts from £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Responsibilities
- Help to serve shoppers better every day.
- Meet great people, learn new things and be part of a specialist, diverse team where everyone is welcome.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Put into practice training received, working safely, effectively and serving customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet needs at the right time.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Be knowledgeable about the store’s performance, understanding the part you play to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in best condition.

- May be required to accept deliveries into the store.
