Availability and Working Hours

We are looking for a colleague who can be available to work during the following windows: Sun 06:15 – 18:30, Mon 06:15 – 18:00. Flexible timings are accepted when they closely match the advertised windows. The role offers a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with the possibility of working as few as 12 hours if desired. Pay rates start at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.

Job Responsibilities

  • Help serve shoppers better every day.

  • Work across the store’s service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.

  • Understand store performance, collaborate to drive service, sales, reduce waste, shrink, and deliver profit.
