Pay and Hours:
Pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. Minimum of 12 hours per week guaranteed. Hours are scheduled within availability windows, with at least 3 weeks notice of shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know customers.
- Supporting customers across the Phone Shop and wider store, including helping them choose the right mobile products and services, completing phone and contract setups, and providing tech support.
- Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines.
- Understanding how the role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction, and overall store performance.
- Building rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident and supported.
- Initiating the right decisions for customers, whether solving a tech query, recommending a product, or supporting contract setup.
