The predicted salary is between 13 - 15 £ per hour.

Availability Window: Sundays 22:00–09:00; Fridays 22:00–09:00; Saturdays 22:00–09:00. The store operates overnight in these windows.

Pay and hours: Colleague rate starts from £13.28 per hour; increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6:00, an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour applies. Other payments may apply depending on location.

Hours guarantee: It is policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. It is possible to work fewer hours (minimum 12) if requested, and we still encourage you to apply.

Scheduling: The table shows preferred availability windows. We will schedule contracted hours within these times and provide 3 weeks notice of shifts. We are open to flexible timing if your availability closely matches the advertised times.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of customers and delivering service with passion and pride; providing great natural service.
  • Be knowledgeable about products and services within the store.
  • Work across service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
  • Apply training to work safely, effectively and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver routines that meet customer needs.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Understand store performance and the role you play in driving service, sales, reducing waste, shrinkage, and delivering profit.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition.

  • Occasionally, you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.
