The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 € per hour.

Availability Window: Mon 17:00 - 23:00, Tue 17:00 - 23:00, Wed 17:00 - 23:00, Fri 17:00 - 23:00.

Our Tesco colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but we provide flexibility for those who want fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide 3 weeks’ notice about your shifts.

  • Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
  • Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
  • Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
  • Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet the needs of customers at the right time.
  • Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
  • Be knowledgeable about store performance, understand your part in driving service and sales, reduce waste, shrink and deliver profit.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
  • Live Tesco values, make everyone feel welcome and always follow policies.
  • Accept deliveries into the store when required.
