Compensation
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from €13.28 an hour; this increases to €14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with the option to work fewer hours (minimum 12) if desired. We will schedule your contracted hours within your availability windows, giving you 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We support flexibility – if your availability closely matches our advertised times, we would still love to hear from you.
