Pay
Base pay starts at £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Hours & Shift Schedule
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. If you prefer fewer hours (minimum of 12), we can accommodate. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows above, and you will receive three weeks' notice of your shifts. We are supportive of flexibility and will consider near‑match availability.

- Serve shoppers daily and contribute to a positive in‑store experience.
- Work across service, picking, and replenishment areas as needed.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make customer‑focused decisions and deliver routines that meet customer needs on time.
