Availability Window: Sun 16:00–22:00, Mon 17:00–23:00, Tue 18:00–23:00, Thu 18:00–23:00, Fri 16:15–23:00, Sat 18:00–23:00.
Pay: starting from £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week; flexibility for 12–16 hours is available. Availability windows are the periods we’d like you to be available to work. Hours will be scheduled within these times with 3 weeks' notice. If your availability matches closely but not exactly, we’d still love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Help to serve our shoppers better every day.

- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Put into practice the training received to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Be knowledgeable about store performance and understand the part played in driving service and sales, reducing waste and shrink, and delivering profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Be yourself, live our values, make everyone feel welcome and always follow our policies.
- At times, accept deliveries into the store.
