Shifts are scheduled within the following availability windows:
- Sun 13:00 – 22:00
- Tue 07:00 – 16:00
- Thu 07:00 – 16:00
- Fri 07:00 – 22:00
- Sat 07:00 – 22:00
Pay & Hours
Hourly rate starts at £15.59, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.
We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with roles from 12 hours also available.
Shift hours will be scheduled within the availability windows, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.

Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver a great in‑store customer experience.
- Work across all store areas and with all colleagues, addressing day‑to‑day operational queries.
- Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
- Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
- Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role‑modeling great service.
- Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities, and the planet better.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a team‑lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
- Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
- A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
- A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
