Pay Rate: Hourly pay starts from £13.28, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
Key Responsibilities:- Help serve shoppers better every day.

- Provide great natural service, knowing customers and serving them with passion and pride.
- Be knowledgeable about products and services within the store.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Put into practice the training received, so all work safely, effectively and customers are served brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet the needs of customers at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Be knowledgeable about store performance, understand the role you play and what is needed to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.

- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
