Responsibilities
- Serve shoppers by providing friendly, efficient customer service.
- Assist with product picking, replenishment and stocking across the store.
- Apply store training to maintain safety, cleanliness and quality of customer experience.
- Make customer‑oriented decisions that support sales, reduce waste and drive profit.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Handle product deliveries and support any required on‑site logistics.
Qualifications
- Strong passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and ensure they leave having a positive shopping experience.
- Initiative and decision‑making skills to act in the best interest of customers.
- Effective teamwork and open communication with colleagues.
- Strong time management; be on time, well presented and ready to be a brand ambassador.
- Knowledge of the store’s product range and willingness to learn and apply training.
- Physical ability to work in a fast‑moving retail environment and conduct pick/replenishment tasks.
- Minimum 12 hours per week availability with flexibility; 16 hours is the standard, but 12 hours per week is acceptable.
