Responsibilities include knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service. You should be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store. Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required. Put into practice the training received to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly. Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs at the right time. Take part in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere. Be knowledgeable about the store's performance, understanding your role in driving service and sales, reducing waste and shrink, and delivering profit. Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition. Be yourself, live our values, make everyone feel welcome, and always follow our policies. At times, you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.

Qualifications include a passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride. You should have the ability to build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip. Requirements: YOU MUST BE OVER 18 TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE. We can only accept candidates over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involves working in areas such as the warehouse, beers, wines and spirits, counters, bakery, and driving roles. We will only recruit individuals who have passed the school leaver's age.
