Availability
Working hours must be scheduled within the following windows:
- Sunday 07:00‑22:00
- Monday 07:00‑22:00
- Thursday 07:00‑22:00
- Friday 07:00‑22:00
- Saturday 07:00‑22:00
Shifts will be communicated with at least three weeks' notice.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver a great customer experience in store.
- Serve as the point of contact for day‑to‑day operational queries across all areas of the store.
- Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
- Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
- Coach colleagues, give feedback and role model excellent service.
- Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities and the planet better each day.
Qualifications
- Be over 18 years old.
- Experience as a team lead or manager in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and meeting every customer’s needs.
- Build and maintain inclusive, supportive team relationships.
- Communicate clearly, using multiple methods to keep the team well informed.
- Demonstrate natural leadership, motivating and inspiring the team to outstanding results.
