Responsibilities
- Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
- Working across all areas of the store and being the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
- Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
- Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
- Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role‑modeling great service.
- Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve customers, communities, and the planet a little better every day.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old.
- Experience in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
- Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
- A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
- A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
Compensation and Hours
- Shift Lead pay starts at €15.59 per hour, rising to €16.86 in stores within the M25.
- Some locations may offer additional payments.
- Minimum of 16 hours per week, with roles from 12 hours available.
Availability
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability closely matches what we’re looking for, we encourage you to apply.
