To lead, motivate and manage a team of approximately 35 warehouse operatives across the am shift, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate picking and dispatch of goods in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role is critical in driving performance, maintaining high operational standards, and supporting continuous improvement.

You will ensure that the receiving, storing, picking and dispatch of Goods in the correct manner to agreed productivity levels and within budgetary constraints.

The working hours for this role are 10pm - 6am with flexibility to cover other shifts on occasions when the business needs.

Days will be 5 days from 7 Sun-Thursday or Monday - Friday Lead and manage warehouse teams across, ensuring clear communication and consistent standards Drive operational performance to meet productivity, accuracy, and service level targets Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet daily workload and peak demand Monitor KPIs (e. g. pick rates, accuracy, attendance) and take corrective action where required Promote a strong health some want the freedom to do the things they love.
