Responsibilities:

  • Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
  • Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
  • Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
  • Confidently leading the store in the Manager's absence.
  • Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
  • Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role‑modeling great service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.

  • A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.

Benefits and Requirements:

  • Shift Lead pay starts at €15.59 per hour, rising to €16.86 in stores within the M25.
  • Some locations may offer additional payments.
  • Minimum hours: 12–16 hours per week, with a guarantee of 16 hours for full‑time roles.
  • Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.
  • Minimum age 18 or over.
