Availability Window: Sun 18:00‑22:00, Mon 10:00‑14:00, Tue 10:00‑14:00, Wed 14:00‑18:00, Thu 18:00‑22:00, Sat 18:00‑22:00.

Pay and Working Hours: Base rate starts from £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Minimum guaranteed hours are 16 per week, with the option to work as few as 12 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Know and serve customers with passion and pride, delivering great natural service.
  • Be knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
  • Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
  • Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
  • Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet their needs at the right time.
  • Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Possess knowledge of the store’s performance, understand your role and contribute to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink and deliver profit.
