We are looking for a store colleague to assist customers and support store operations. Candidates will be required to work within specified availability windows and will receive a pay rate starting at £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 per hour for stores within the M25.

Availability

  • Day availability windows: Mon 14:45‑23:45, Tue 14:45‑23:45, Wed 14:45‑23:45.
  • Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 per week (minimum 12).
  • 3 weeks’ notice will be provided for shift times.

Pay

Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 per hour for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

Responsibilities

  • Serve shoppers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with store‑wide tasks including picking, replenishment, and stock handling.
  • Apply training to work safely and efficiently.
  • Support seasonal, community and charity events.
  • Maintain product quality and presentation.
  • Accept deliveries and perform related store duties.
