We are looking for a dedicated individual to support our store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and operational excellence.

Availability

Work hours are based on the following Availability Window: Tue 15:00 – Thu 15:00 – Sat 05:30 – 14:30.

Pay & Hours

Starting rate of £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. New colleagues are guaranteed a minimum of 16 hours a week, with flexibility for full‑time or part‑time schedules (minimum 12 hours).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and ensuring they leave with a great shopping experience.
  • Support store performance by managing picking, replenishment and stock handling duties.
  • Apply training safely, efficiently and consistently to uphold store standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in the store that meet their needs at the right time.
  • Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain product quality, handling items with care to ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
  • Accept deliveries into the store when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Passion for delivering great service and building rapport with customers.
  • Strong understanding of store products, services and product performance.
  • Experience in a store environment, covering picking, replenishment and customer service duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality and a positive brand ambassador mindset.
  • At least 18 years of age, with no restrictions for early or late shifts.
