The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.

You will support the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure that our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times. This will involve dealing with customers on reception, settling invoices at pay points, providing fast and efficient service on our checkouts, and collaborating with other members of the store team in various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Service Supervisor in all duties.
  • Ensure that all customer account due diligence is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide an environment where fast and efficient service is delivered.
  • Take ownership of the customer service operation in the absence of the Supervisor.
  • Lead from the front and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Maintain great communication with customers and other areas of store operation.
