Pay and Hours
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It is our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you. We will schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows provided and you’ll have 3 weeks' notice of exactly when your shifts will be. Flexibility is encouraged; if your availability matches closely but not exactly, we would still love to hear from you.

- Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.

- At times, you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.
