Customers are at the heart of everything we do. This role requires a commitment to delivering great customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Pay: starting at £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 within the M25. Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 hours per week; flexible to as low as 12 hours for suitable candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Help to serve shoppers better every day.

- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
- Apply store training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.

- Understand store performance, what you play and what we need to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
