We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join us in our Fareham site. Working in our distribution centres means fast-paced environments, excellent attention to detail with the ability to think quickly and work as part of a team to ensure orders are picked accurately and on time with seamless delivery to our customers. This role is working any 5 days from 7, 6am-2pm. Prior to employment, you must successfully complete a drug and alcohol test.
Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing customer orders, using a hand-held terminal to understand pick expectations.
- Receiving, storing and stacking appropriately.
- Working with best integrity to fulfil all stock requirements and needs.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment with health, safety and legal top of mind.
- Working with LLOP's and FLT's – trained on these in certain areas of the DC's.
- Working across ambient, chilled and freezer sections – preferences discussed within the process.
- Being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Hardworking, able to work to set deadlines, professional, positive, organised and enthusiastic approach.
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment preferred, but not essential.
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative; self-motivated.
