We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Fareham Distribution Centre as a Class 1 or Class 2 Driver. This full‑time role involves 20–30 hour working weeks, with shifts on any three days of the week. Flexible scheduling is required, including rotating Saturday duties.
The driver will deliver stock to independent retailers and drive a variety of routes, completing multi‑drop deliveries each day. Paperwork must be completed accurately, the vehicle kept in good condition, and the driver will work autonomously as part of a larger transport team. The role involves manual handling and physical work, including handballing stock and working outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities
- Safe delivery of stock to independent retailer stores
- Completing several multi‑drop deliveries a day (quantity varies)
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed after delivery
- Maintaining vehicle condition at the start and end of each shift
- Working autonomously and as part of the transport team
Qualifications
- Class 1 or Class 2 licence holder
- Driver CPC holder
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Experience of multi‑drop deliveries (temperature‑controlled food deliveries preferred, but not essential)
- Availability for 20–30 hours a week (overtime available)
- Flexibility to work varying routes and hours, including short‑notice changes
- Driver record must not exceed 6 points; no careless driving, mobile‑phone‑use or drink‑driving prosecutions, and no failure to comply with any “Construction of Use” requirements

Applicants must be over 18 if the role requires work before 6:15 a.m., after 9:45 p.m., or involves warehouse, beer, wine, spirits, or driving roles.
