Availability Window: Sun 15:00–22:00, Wed 06:00–12:00, Thu 06:00–12:00, Sat 15:00–20:00. These are the periods we need you to be available for shift scheduling.
Pay and Working Hours: £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexible options for a minimum of 12 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Serve shoppers to the best of your ability each day.
- Assist with picking, replenishment and service activities across the store.
- Make customer‑centric decisions, delivering routines that meet customer needs at the right time.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Maintain product quality by handling items with care.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
