Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to help run our store floor, lead the team and ensure excellent customer service. You will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, coaching colleagues, and acting as the on-shift leader when the Store Manager is absent.
Minimum age 18 and flexibility with hours are required. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and varying shifts with a guaranteed minimum of hours.
