Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 per hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexible options for those who prefer at least 12 hours. We schedule hours within the availability windows and provide three weeks' notice of shifts.
