Pay: Starting from £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. You may choose to work fewer hours, as low as 12, if that suits you.
Responsibilities:
- Help to serve our shoppers better every day.
- Meet great people, learn new things and be part of a specialist, diverse team where everyone is welcome.
- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
- Work across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Put into practice the training received to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Be knowledgeable about the store's performance and understand the part played in driving service and sales, reducing waste and shrink, and delivering profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.

- At times, accept deliveries into the store.
