Responsibilities

  • Lead the day‑to‑day running of a busy delivery operation.
  • Manage a team of drivers and pickers, motivating them to achieve daily targets.
  • Ensure the Delivery Department is compliant with company policy and procedures, treating all team members consistently.
  • Communicate important management information to all relevant team members.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for colleagues and customers, reporting any Health and Safety issues.
