Availability Window Days: Sun 14:00-23:00, Fri 14:00-23:00, Sat 14:00-23:00.
Pay and Working Hours: Starting pay of 14.18 per hour, increasing to 15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 per week. You may choose to work fewer hours – a minimum of 12 – if desired. We schedule contracted hours within these windows and provide 3 weeks' notice of when your shifts will be. We support flexibility when your available times closely match advertised windows.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the van and trays used are clean and kept tidy/organised.
- Leave the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, picking up litter as needed.
- Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
- Load the van as required, checking the van for roadworthiness.
- Communicate with customers about any changes to their order, including short-code items, substitutions and offer refunds for anything they are unhappy with.
- Treat products and deliveries as if they were your own.
- Explain to the customer that they will not be charged any additional fees for their substitutions.
- Deliver during the customer’s time slot.
- Call the customer before arriving at their property if early.
- Call the store or centre if running 30 or more minutes late.

Qualifications:
- A UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic only) held for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
- Ability to adhere to GB Domestic Driving Rules.
