Availability Window: Tue 14:00–22:00, Wed 14:00–22:00, Sat 15:00–22:00.
Pay: Retail colleague rate starts at £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Work Hours: We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. Flexibility is available for those who wish to work fewer hours, with a minimum of 12 hours. Shifts are scheduled within the availability windows, with three weeks’ notice.
Responsibilities:
- Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
- Working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Putting into practice the training received, ensuring safe and effective work while serving customers brilliantly.
- Making decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs at the right time.
- Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Being knowledgeable about the store's performance and understanding the part played in driving service and sales, reducing waste and shrink, and delivering profit.
- Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Being oneself, living the values, making everyone feel welcome, and always following policies.
- At times, accepting deliveries into the store.
